Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: NUVORA covers return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Email us at manu.sabata83@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
